  • 10:15am - 10:45am — Demo 1

  • 10:45am - 11:15am — Demo 2

  • 11:15am - 11:45am — Demo 3

  • 12:00pm - 12:15pm — Cleanup

  • Informal demonstrations from Lee Cheatle, Brandon McMullin, and Scott Elser

  • Coffee, refreshments & snacks available (donation recommended)

  • Vendors are highly encouraged to bring their own tables

    • A very limited supply of tables will be available at time of setup and can be rented for a minimal fee of $5 per table, first come first serve

  • Vendors do not have to pay the club any % of sales

  • As an outreach event, members are encouraged to put up posters at their local community bulletin boards where allowed
